        Absolutely wonderful! Scheduling was seamless. Christian was delightful! I had just a minor furnace repair. Christian made me feel it was all going to be OK. He explained what was happening and everything the company has to offer. We even shared dog pictures! Very reasonable pricing for today, and in the future by joining their Membership Club. I am confident when it comes to anything else with my furnace, hot water heater or AC, it will be professionally taken care of by True Comfort! Would undoubtedly recommend.

        Highly recommend True Comfort! Knowledge, informative and respectful. Took time to explain options and made sure my wife and i were comfortable with the decision. Will definitely use them again and would recommend True Comfort to anyone. Awesome on scheduling system. Scheduled last Thursday night and they came on Friday afternoon.

        I woke up in an icebox this morning. Apparently my furnace had stopped working and before I realized it my house temp was a breezy 50 degrees. I heard about True Comfort through a family friend and decided to give them a try. They picked up on the first ring and sent out their technician Logan immediately. I received a phone call 15-mins prior to their arrival. Logan was very experienced and actually walked me through the process of what went wrong with my furnace instead of just giving me the bill. You simply will not find another company that provides a customer experience the way that True Comfort does. I will for sure be calling True Comfort for all of my HVAC needs in the future.
