        Very slow unloaded they us to a door then they pulled another truck in front of us at the same door loaded him before they even unloaded us.. Never again.. been here for 3.5 hours

      Hi Kelly, we’re sorry to hear about your wait time. We want drivers to have a quick and easy pick up or delivery at our branches. To reduce wait times, we’ve implemented the following best practices:1. Please have your dispatcher give the branch at least 48 hours notice of your arrival time and make an appointment.2. Arrive on time for appointments and check in at the shipping office.3. Do not un-tarp or un-secure your load until instructed to do so.4. If you are not backed in within 30 minutes of your appointment time please check in with the dispatcher to get an estimated unload time.
