David Burbige has been our lawyer in our family case for some time. Regardless of if we win or not, idk we could have asked for a better lawyer. He had to work through all kinds of sludge and crud. He read probably hundreds of texts and emails, most of which would be hard for anyone to read. But he did it and has built us a great case. He has brought my wife and I a lot of peace about our case. It's clear he cares about our situation and has worked incredibly hard. Regardless of if we win or not, I'm glad hes our lawyer. I'd recommend anyone hire him.

I cant speak highly enough about Shawn Fitzgerald! I called his Law Firm and spoke with him on three matters concerning my son-in-law. I told Shawn I was a nervous wreck. He asked me what I wanted and he immediately took control of the situation. He was able to secure a dismissal of all three matters. Shawn is a very professional, knowledgeable, and caring person. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. He is kind and generous. I would highly recommend Shawn for those in need of an excellent attorney.

Id give negative stars if I could. Had a YMCA staff member get butt hurt then called the sheriff and lied. Sheriff shows up no questions asked and arrested me. Contacted Fitzgerald paid him thousands only to hear from him the NIGHT before. Not the day before but the night before. Told me I was guilty and needed to take a plea. (Still didnt ask me what happened). I FIRED HIM DUE TO LACK OF SERVICES AND A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE TO THE LAW. A BOARD CERTIFIED LAWYER, told me I was guilty of assault because I talk with my hands, and guilty of trespassing because I WAS NEVER TRESPASSED to begin with. For the ones that dont understand simple trespassing laws. You must be trespassed before you can be arrested and charged with trespassing. Which I was never. Then proceeded to tell me I dont know the law and asked me where I got my degree. Needless to say I represented myself, got the bogus charges dropped for assault and trespassing BECAUSE I WAS INNOCENT. And saved thousands of dollars. PLEASE stay far away from the criminal attorney. I can only speak on Fitzgerald and his actions. (Or lack of). I cannot speak for the rest of the firm. This was a simple money grab done with ignorance.
