        I wanted to give a good review because I like my provider and I like that there's a customer portal, but the billing is consistently wrong. It's frustrating to have to double and triple check all of your bills, make sure they're properly sending things to your insurance, etc.

        My son was receiving on-line therapy and really wasnt benefitting from it. We found in-person therapy with a med doctor in house at Psychiatric Associates in North Liberty and couldnt be more thrilled. My son left their office smiling and saying He is such a nice guy after his first appointment. He cant wait to go back. Great service from start to finish. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I cant recommend them more.
