I took my vehicle into the shop at the beginning of December and then after 2 weeks I still hadn't gotten a call. I called the next next day and the man that answered the phone said "Oh, we didn't call you?". I then said "No, you didn't.". He then responded and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I went and picked up my vehicle and then it worked for only 10 days. After which, I took my vehicle back into the shop and explained I wasn't going to pay for a service I did not receive. I then took my vehicle back to the shop and once again, they did not call me. Once I did, they came and said the vehicle needed something new and they had previously gone behind my back and tried to take a shortcut. They made a weld that broke, which is the reason I had to bring my vehicle back. They never called and asked what I wanted to do, which is exactly what I told them to do. It has ended up in me not having a vehicle for 9 weeks. Still, the vehicle is not working correctly so I'm stuck finding a mechanic. Please, whatever you do, do not take your vehicle to this shop. If I could leave a 0/5, I would. On God. It is unbelievable that I would trust a shop to be honest when I know they have lied about what they've done and come up with reasons to charge you more money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. TAKE IT SOMEWHERE WITH REVIEWS THAT SUGGEST YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. IF I PICK UP MY VEHICLE. I EXPECT EVERYTHIUNG TO BE STILL IN THE VEHICLE.

Metro transmission is the way to go. I took my car in it was fast friendly and didnt cost a lot. I recommend that this is the place you want to go. If you want to get your transmission checked out, they did good work and Kirby was friendly to I will go back again, if I have any transmission problems, theyre the best

I go here for anything I have wrong with my car. You dont pay for anything you dont need and you can trust them. Excellent quick service. Cheap oil changes. Honesty. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
