Verdant Bistro

We had a group of four that enjoyed dinner at Verdant Bistro. The atmosphere was both upscale and relaxing. No screens or loud music. You could enjoy the conversation. The service was impeccable. Our server was very knowledgeable about all of the dishes and could answer any of our questions. The menu also included vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. We had an appetizer, four different entrees and three different desserts; and all the dishes were absolutely delicious! The presentation was elegant and beautiful! Everything is made in-house and sourced locally. The bill for the food came to under $100. This is definitely a hidden gem in Hays! We will be back and recommending it to all of our friends!

Excellent food! Lots of developed flavors and attention to quality. The dishes were beautifully presented. I love when businesses locally source quality ingredients too. Pasta from scratch?! Who even does that anymore? I definitely look forward to going back.

Best burger we have had in Hays. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. They have delicious, upscale entree options and sides that we typically don"t get here. Everything tastes fresh and has wonderful flavor. This place will be packed once more people get a chance to try it!
