Tiffany was more than helpful on several occasions and the place we got is really nice as well as the neighborhood. They do a good job making sure people keep it clean, quiet and safe. We love it and so do our kids.

Very nice park! The people are nice. Management has been great, informative and has helped us out a lot in the move in process. Prices are well worth it.

Just wanted to give them a review though I am personally not a current tenant. I grew up born and raised in these beautifuly spacious homes. I left here in 2009 and I just came back two weeks ago . I am My cousins nanny for her child and she wanted to move into a spacious , quiet and affordable place and I suggested that she move here since I was familiar with the neighborhood and let me tell u What they have really done some beautiful work and renovations to these homes . The entire neighborhood is so clean and quiet and the new add ins are so beautiful and up to date ! I pray she gets this house because they are really beautiful and so up to date compared to 80% of the apartments and old houses in this town . And by the way the manager and her boss were SOOO nice and professional and also helped more than they should have ! They were just so above and beyond . Ive never had such a great experience with just viewing properties. If youre reading this please consider.

As with the rest of Junction City, It is going through some financial troubles. Ever since they locked down the Military Base (Fort Riley), Junction cities biggest source of income has fallen off. Few Military people live in town anymore. most choose to stay on post and the Trailer Parks have taken a HUGE hit because of it. Actually all of Grant Avenue is almost completely dead. The trailer parks are in shambles and there is LITTLE around them to make them desirable living locations. They are also in our flood zone(it sits adjacent to the river), but it RARELY ever floods here. I have family down there, so I must continue to visit.
