        I called the company to get a quote on a wood fence repair for my rental. It took the owner 3 days to get me a quote. Once I finally received the quote and wanted to move forward he demanded I pay in full prior to them starting. Which made me feel very uncomfortable about working with this company. I own many properties in the Junction City Kansas area. But because I dont live in kansas he was requiring me to pay in full. I have no issue putting a down payment as a good faith. But I will not pay in full for a job that is not complete. Sketchy would not recommend based of this encounter.
