When we decided to paint the interior of our facility, I took point. The project had to happen during a small window of time. Our CMU block walls were cracked in places and overdue to be painted. The ceilings were a special challenge to paint because of the amount of dust that had accumulated over decades in our manufacturing environment. When you consider all of the people, equipment and product required to run a production line underneath of that ceiling, it was a great challenge. Of the many companies that come to bid, I decided that Luke Kushs Painting was clearly the best option. During our walkthrough, is was apparent that Luke knew how to get the job done and how to do it well. It was a reassuring that he had experience with this type of project and an understanding of what it would take. The task immediately seemed more manageable. Luke pointed out some less obvious things that I had not considered. These details werent addressed in any way by the competition. In my experience, that means they would not be taken care of. Lukes proposal came quickly and it was considerably more detailed than the others. Even though the job was only to paint and make minor repairs, Luke had a deep interest to understand what we do, who we are and how to make the facility to work better for us. Once we decided to hire Luke Kushs Painting there was a lot to do. Luke and his project manager, Teo, were great in communicating what we would need to do prior to the start date so they could just come in and do their work. Teo and his crew were excellent. They worked in concert with our facility managers and got the work done ahead of schedule. Our work flow has greatly improved and moral has noticeably increased. Luke has painted our building located on the Plaza, twice now and we have been extremely happy and satisfied with his work. How about the first time was in 1994 and just got it repainted in 2017 again. Yes, 2 times in all those years and Luke Kush's Painting did it both times. We are on the pie between Roanoke & Belleview. You can't miss us!!!!!! I would highly recommend to anyone Luke Kush's Painting!!!!

Like Kush Painting has been an excellent contractor to work with over the years. He has performed work at our facility many times and has always left us very pleased with the performance of his team and the quality of work delivered. He is very easy to work with and really works to make sure the customer is satisfied. In the future, we will continue to call upon Luke Kush and his team whenever work is needing completed. I would recommend their service for any commercial work needing done.
