        High quality truck every time! This is our third time using Penske. I usually get a newer truck, but this time got like a brand new one! (about 16,000 miles) The price is usually as good or close to U-Haul, but higher quality truck. The decks of the cargo bays have been higher than the U-Hauls I've rented. So, depending on your priorities, there might be a tradeoff there.

        Worse. Customer. Experience. Long time commercial account, had me move to another lane and wait behind the people, for the people to fix it. After the guy said it was working and everything was good, it was my turn to pull up. Without getting any info from me he said he couldnt do it, it wasnt working. Also said there was a light out in the bay so they couldnt wash my truck. Every time I try to use Penske to fill up I run into issues even after driving 30 mins out of the way to get to this location. Now adding an extra 1 hour to my trip to go to another location.
