        We were here earlier tonight. They were busy of course on a Friday night. Hostess didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Our drink order was taken immediately upon sitting down, but our food order wasn't taken for about 20 minutes. Server nice, but not very attentive until things went south the second time around. Queso app was incredible and so was the side salad. My salmon was pretty rare, but I ate it. My guest ordered the rib eye medium rare and it came out almost raw. We sent it back and it came back out extremely rare. Then we gave up and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was off and even smelled bad. We asked for a to go container and paid. We've both worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years. Me being the Food and Beverage Manager for a large casino in Southern California. I'm sorry but this is not acceptable.

        Bartenders are great but how can you serve a steak without a solid potato option? Really, a ribeye and tater tots. Hell no!
