Still waiting for our passport appointment. Sitting here for over an hour. My gawd these people are so unprofessional! How do you not know where your staff is? They say "he must be out to lunch or something". What is the purpose of having appointments if there is "only 1 person who can process them"!?!? If I could do no stars, I certainly would.
