Bank of Blue Valley, a division of HTLF Bank

As a small business owner, banking Bank of blue valley has been nothing but hell. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank before you decide to place your trust into these people. Between being told different multiple reasons why my card was declined, their own customer service members do not even understand their own regulations nor were any help. Ill be closing my bank account asap. Small business owners need a bank that is reputable and reliable. Not flaky

My business account had a fraud charge. Not only are they making me wait 2 weeks for a new card they are making me wait to get my money back. Guess I'll just tell my customers I can't run my business for 2 weeks? I don't think that will fly....

I have been with BBV since 2008. Ever since they were bought out things have changed. It's getting to the point of ridiculous. I'm writing this while on hold, again, for one of my business accounts. I'm told I have to get "permission" for me to use my card for an oversees charge. It's $108 and it's a company I've used before. (Permission being I have to notify them.) So, I've spent a total of 50 minutes between two calls to get authorization for a charge to go through. Does this sound reasonable?
