McKenna gave me a great haircut! She was very knowledgeable and helped me to get a plan to rescue my dull, thin hair.

I am new to the city and on Monday (12-17-23) I was on my way to return a uhaul truck and my phone died and I got lost. I pull into The Hairem and they ladies there allowed to use a hair station to charge my phone to call my wife so I can follow her to my destination. Thank you ladies for saving me! All ladies please visit this place they were very professional and kind to me!

This place I not a place to go to when you ask them what you want they do th straight opposite and they think they are good even though they aint Service: Kids' cuts

Haircuts are fine, but this salons appointment and time management leave a lot to be desired. Of the last 6 appointments Ive had, my stylist was 30+ minutes late for 5 of them. I understand there can be occasional issues with services taking longer than expected or mistakes in scheduling, but consistently having this problem is unacceptable. Today I had a 4:00 appointment and the stylist came out to the register for her previous clients payment at 4:15. She let me know she had another haircut to do before she could get to me. This means it would have been at least 45 minutes after my appointment time before I even made it to the chairridiculous for an appointment made over three weeks ago and at this point, too common of an occurrence. Time to find a new salon!
