Yes INDEED, 5 stars for EXPRESS APPRAISALS. Going through a horrific DIVORCE this company and it's owner RYAN T. did a FANTASTIC JOB for me. Being on time ( I was an anxious mess), extremely professional ( no one with torn jeans and careless verbiage), spot on track appraisal( I mean perfectly done with pictures and measurements) and all the paper work completed ON TIME and to me. AMAZING and way above standards. EXCELLENT enough for any JUDGE to look at to help make important decisions. I didn't need any one else to help me when it came to getting my house appraised and at fair value. The details, pictures, paragraphs and descriptions were OUTSTANDING. This was the beginning of my nightmare, what to do with my house. But Ryan's appraisal helped me to decide that I DID NOT want my house and someone else could keep it or it could be sold. What a monumental decision, but EXPRESS APPRAISALS did it all for me. I cannot thank Ryan enough and this company for it's professionalism and timeliness. It took some of the pain out of such a painful situation. Thank you Express Appraisals for your support!!! I would use you again but I likely won't ever have a house again!

I've worked as a probate attorney for about a decade now, and I've turned to Express Appraisals many times over the years for my clients' residential appraisal needs when administering estates. They've always been very responsive and provided great service. I really appreciate their work.
