        Terrible management from Taylor. Today I went to get a car wash and was advised my membership had expired. After advising the staff that I just paid for my membership to be renewed on the 28th day of March, I was then ridiculed on how that payment was not for a renewal and that it wasnt a price for any wash advertised. Now, Im highly disappointed and confused, because, if that were true, why was I able to receive a wash then. Made no sense to me. Moving forward! Now with a line of 7 cars behind me, Taylor stated that my membership had not been paid for that day as if it had been my fault, when all I did was hand over my form of payment and headed for my car wash. Afterwards, Taylor stated that I could move towards the left to exit after I advised that Id try again with renewing. With the poor management Ive received today at the Wornall location, I was able to renew my membership at the Raytown location with no problem nor prejudice.

        This is just another scam car wash! We were lied to about charges to our account!! Classic bait & switch! They scam you saying youre paying a low price 1 month fee, non-recurring & then double the fee & charge every month. I have an attorney in KCMO whose specialty is dealing with such scammers. Lmk if you have also been scammed. TW will pay up!
