I have been to a couple Patricia's around town before. We have been patrons of this company before and haven't had any problems. We went to this one on Rock to see if there was something we could find to spice things up for fun. I don't get three steps in before my husband and I start pointing things out. The women behind the counter was so loud and rude. She exclaimed in the middle of completing a transaction with her customer " Excuse me ma'am! Your purse is looking a little too big to be in this store so you need to put it in your car or leave it behind the counter!" I was so flabbergasted I just handed it to my husband. I look around and there is literally another lady looking around with the same size purse. My husband returns after dropping my bag off in the truck and I am just completely mortified and turned off at this point so we leave. Worst experience ever! If she was polite and waited til after that transaction to approach me it would have been different but she was so loud and rude and I'm front of a store full of people! I will never return to any of your stores again!

Great customer service was my first time in and was felt a bit uncomfortable the lady at the counter was really nice and it a pleasurable and informative experience Definitely be back in
