Excellent customer service, fast shipping ,great products

Immediate shipping after placing the order - very high quality product (aerator), made with thick steel. Every hand aerator I've used (even Lee Valley's) plugged frequently, and required significant physical effort. The Step 'N Tilt needed a fraction of the effort, and pulled plugs out of the turf easily and consistently. (Note- the moisture content of the turf is key, as mentioned repeatedly in their manual). It even came with a steel tool to clean out the tines. (my only suggestion for an improvement would be to add a screw-driver-like handle on to the end of the cleaning tool). I would give this product and company six stars if I could. Kudos!
