Showed up to my appointment on time door was locked, had to wait ten minutes to be let in, after I knocked loudly on door. Dentist was in and out in literally one minute, took X-rays of my mouth, didn't explain anything to me about the condition of my teeth, or the process to get anything fixed. Going to a dentist is a bad enough experience on it's own, staff here did nothing to make that experience any better, in fact they made it worse. I would not recommend any of my family or friends go to this facility. Everyone there could use a course on how to treat a patient... UPDATE Go to Mortenson Family Dentist, they're getting me in for a second opinion next week, because this dentist doesn't know what he's talking about. I've had two separate dentist tell me all 4 of my wisdom teeth are impacted and need to be removed. I waited several years, then go to Tri-state Dental for the referral. Their dentist only gave me a referral for one of my wisdom teeth, the broken one that's causing me pain, but not the other 3 that need to be removed as well. I called up there to speak with someone about this, and they told me "they had room to grow in," even though they're causing my lower teeth to crowd. They also told me that "I have to go to a different dentist for a referral for all 4 wisdom teeth. " So that's what I'll be doing, getting my second opinion. When I do I'll also update here, just so you know just how wrong this dentist was.

When I visited a few months ago, the hygienist and front desk were kind and did a great job. Cannot say the same for the dentist I saw. I had two cavitated teeth that I wasn't sure whether to fill or root canal. After an X-ray, the dentist glanced at my mouth from 10 feet away with his arms folded and only said "Well what do you want us to do next?". I had to prod him, asking "What do you think?". He gave short answers only about things I pointedly asked. I didn't go to dental school! After getting a more thorough exam with Edgewood Dental, there is absolutely no way he should have suggested a filling on that tooth, or presented that decision to me as a patient. Even worse, I saw an elderly woman complaining at the front whose filling from this place had fallen out! Is he unqualified, or just uncaring? When I go to my other dentist, I am told about the remaining structure of my tooth, what he thinks will last the best in my lifetime, and even how to best use my insurance for further treatment. Take a note from your competitors. I will never be back and recommend others stay clear of this dentist. - Nathan

Shady dental place. For a "dental cleaning" of $131, the dentist barely grazed my teeth for the so called cleaning that lasted no more than 30 seconds. Also, I waited 65 min in the waiting room, and anther 15 min once in the dental chair. Upon this first visit, the dentist also recommended teeth whitening treatment. I feel that this business is just a money grab. Please do your research.
