Being young and inexperienced home buyers, it was really nice having someone close to our age with a great understanding of what we were looking for and always willing to explain anything that we didn't understand. I bought a property remotely through Joshua Billings. He went above and beyond to make sure all my contingencies were met. Jason and Joshua gave me great references to make this process smoother.
