I highly recommend Megan W. She was prompt, professional, and courteous. She was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. She kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. There were absolutely no surprises at settlement. An excellent job her team Lauren C and Jennifer R came together and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. They dedicated their time and effort to move back the closing date from the 30th to the 25th of January. The entire staff at Victory Mortgage worked on our behalf to achieve the best rate and outcome for our new Tuscany Fischer Home. Great team work and appreciate each and everyone who helped. I got my mortgage through Victory and worked with Mike F. Overall, I'd say I am very satisfied and content with the experience. What I liked: - 1. Very professional. 2. Prompt and timely with communication. 3. Knowledgeable - knew exactly what my technical questions meant and how to answer them with proper context. Mike Furnish was by far the most reputable, informative & helpful loan officer a person could hope for! As long as he is at Victory Mortgage, then they will remain my go to for any future endeavors. Appreciate the rest of the team as well! Closing was easier than expected.

As a first time homebuyer, I had many, many questions throughout the entire process and Mike Furnish took the time to answer them all! Oftentimes, even taking time out of his day and calling to make sure I understood everything correctly.
