Great Clips

I'm over this place! Last Aug I was traumatized by the stylist as she dropped f bombs in my ear talking about her coworkers and giving me the biggest butcher job haircut I've ever had. I didn't go back for about 4 months after that. I went last Monday to get my summer cut. I got a new (to the occupation) stylist who was very nice and did a good job. I wasn't sure if I'd like the cut so I asked if they still had the 3 day guarantee. The experienced stylist that was supervising her work said yes, they absolutely had that guarantee. I was able to make it back 2 days later to get the cut a little shorter. I work late so it was close to closing time (15 minutes by my watch) when I arrived. I told the lady that greeted me about the situation. She immediately wanted to send me away because according to her watch it was 5 minutes to close. I told her I really didn't think it would take that long. She asked if I knew who did the cut, I told her the new girl. The other stylist chimed in and said "yeah she's here, she can do that". So I got seated and told her what I needed to be done. The original lady who was snotty to me immediately came over and said " oh no, we can't do that, it would take a lot longer than 5 minutes, one of us would have to do it instead of the new girl". Really??? I've had my haircut here for the past 20 years and you can't take 5 minutes to make it right??? I will NEVER recommend this salon and will not give them one more penny of my money. I wish Megan well, this was not her fault. Great Clips needs better customer service.

They are really nice and did a great job on my granddaughters hair.

This particular location always gives me the haircut I want. That's all I expect. They are all friendly to customers and each other. Usually good for a laugh or two while there.
