Best Western Plus Georgetown Corporate Center Hotel

Wanted so bad to give this five stars but the Wi-Fi was not great, otherwise great breakfast, clean rooms, nice neighborhood, smaller hotel so not much walking to room, friendly staff, great rate, and my personal favorite a heated pool. Also a smaller but nice hot tub. The WiFi was frustrating, we brought our roku and it kept buffering the whole night all they have to do here is fix that issue and this would be the best hotel I've ever stayed at, not the most luxurious but overall the best. Couldn't ask for more when you need a hotel while traveling the country.

Great hotel! We come to town fairly frequently and stay here every time, never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly. They always remember us, even when several months have passed between our stays. Free cookies and popcorn every evening in the lobby. The breakfast is great, and they even have gluten free muffins for my fellow celiacs! Tonia, the breakfast host, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She clearly takes such pride in her work and, as a bonus, is fantastic with my young kids. The pool is clean and this stay there were actually toys to play with in the water (diving rings, beach ball, etc). The rooms are nice. The housekeeping staff leaves welcoming notes and, sometimes, a fun drawing on the bathroom mirror (currently a puppy dog, to my kids' delight). Such a thoughtful and family friendly place, highly recommend to everyone!

We had plumbing issues throughout our entire stay and they were never addressed, despite us bringing them up to the front desk on multiple occasions. We had 3 rooms in total and 2 of the rooms had tub/showers and sinks that wouldnt drain and one had issues with the toilet. When we called the front desk for maintenance on the toilet, they had my husband come to the front desk and handed him a plunger. At one point the sink made a hammer noise and black water came out. Maintenance never came during the 2 night duration of our stay. The front desk representative on in the evenings was constantly on her personal phone even WHILE assisting us and had an AirPod in her ear. Extremely unprofessional. We did appreciate the nice man at the front desk (assuming hes a manager) who honored the online rate and the breakfast lady Tonya. She especially went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating.
