Rude and hateful staff. I will never go there again. This is a screen name. My name is Tracie Jones. You did unnecessary work on the back of my front two teeth. The filling has now came out. I was told by reception to come in as a walk in at 9 and it would be fixed before they break. I was there at 910 am and was told I should have been 10 minutes earlier. Nevermind the fact that another patient had just called and canceled. The owner asked 3 times over and over " but does it hurt"? Well not yet but it certainly will when they break. As far as me not being a patient, let's ask the insurance company if they've ever paid Deaton Francis dental a claim for front teeth fillings. I bet they could find me. Since I'm in your " old system". Fact remains the dental work failed, the office was rude and unprofessional in the way that they handled it, and they did not do what they said they would in repairing it.

I have been going here for several years. 1 day before my 3 month awaited appointment the receptionist called me to advise me that my insurance would not pay for my annual cleaning until March 2024. However my son had an appointment at the same time as me and they advised that it was ok to bring him in for his cleaning and that insurance would cover him. Upon arrival at the office the next day at 9am as I was signing in, the receptionist stated that "she tried to call me before I arrived" but that their office didn't accept our insurance any longer. I took off work and my son missed school just to be turned away. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
