I hired Goodwin Plumbing to assess an issue I had with what I originally thought, was my water heater. Based on just describing my issue, they identified the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Their work conduct and ethic was outstanding, their prices are lovely and the handywork they did left a good impression on me. These are people I can trust and want to do business with in the future. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and knew exactly what they were doing and how to fix the problem. Dear fellow customers who read my review, if you have anything plumbing related, I strongly recommend Goodwin Plumbing. They will treat you right and explain the process of what they're doing, something that I would think customers want to hear before deciding to do something or if they need to understand why the workers are about to do something. Commnication is key and they delivered exactly as I had hoped and more.

Was told multiple times by Patrick Goodwin that job would be started immediately, even given a date and time. No one showed up, no one called to reschedule.
