West And Witherspoon Florist/Gift Shop

I ordered flowers for my aunts funeral and was beyond delighted. I am from out-of-town and had no personal experience with ordering funeral flowers. My family bought two sprays on fairly short notice, but they were delivered on time and looked even better than I expected. I can recommend this florist without any reservations, whatsoever.

Our family used west and Witherspoon when I was a child in the 70s! I recently called for a delivery and they were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this as your go to Florist!!

I wish I could give 20 stars. I freaking love this place. Im a critic of customer service because I take it very serious. Its the foundation of basic human interaction and integrity. Its sooo easy to pass the buck around and not try to understand customers, but it takes time and patience and dedication to make each customer feel like theyre the only person who matters in the world. Thats what West and Witherspoon does. No matter how busy they are they treat me with respect and kindness. Im the dir of Finance At Patriot Chevrolet here in town so I deal with and see how customers react to how they are treated, its a craft Ive taken pride in mastering.i love people! Well I get that same energy and vibe from WEST AND WITHERSPOON!!! Thank you all for being awesome.
