        Alex and Dimitri were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately they couldnt fix the problem because the installation had been done improperly (not by them). Alex made contact with his boss and a vent a hood service tech and wrote an email to be sent to Fergusons, the company who had sub-contracted the installation. I need to call Fergusons tomorrow and see what their plan of action will be in order to fix the issue.

        Jesse was the name of the technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our property. I cannot say enough about his skills as he effected a repair on the spot. So to sum up; from the time I called Mr. Appliance to the repair was less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.
