In 2017 my non profit organization bid out our technology needs and decided to transition over to IntegrityIT, now The AME Group. In 2018, we went through the process of getting rid of our on site server, moving to the cloud, updating all of our computers (that were roughly a decade old), upgrading to O365, and getting our entire staff trained on the new equipment and platforms. I was exceedingly pleased with how knowledgeable our assigned team was and that the process was well planned and executed. Little did I know then, that these changes would ensure that my team would be able to work remotely during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. The transition to remote was technologically seamless. We still have the same great support that we relied on in the office with service portal access right on our home screens that elicits a quick turn around response from the AME team. I think that what I appreciate the most, as the org IT liaison who doesn't have the time or know how to really dig in deep with my team, is that we don't have to hire an IT expert on staff with the payroll and benefits expenditures. The AME Group manages our IT needs, helps us project and plan for future needs, and is able to work with my team members where they are currently at (and we range from luddites' to intermediate in tech savvy).
