CVS

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Their staff is extremely rude and unknowledgeable. They all tell you something different, and hang up on you when you ask about certain repetitive issues. The pharmacist is no better and does nothing to correct them. When you complain about a staff member hanging up on you mid question they ask if there is a CVS closer for you to use. I understand why the technicians at this location lack any sort of customer service skills, because their leader possesses none as well, and when it comes to peoples medication youd think theyd be a little more sensitive. Lauryn Lucas is TERRIBLE and so is majority of her staff! Professionally theyre just as bad. Confirm prescriptions from the office just to tell patient they have never received, within the same minute a provider calls and they acknowledge the confirmed prescription.

I gave one star because that's the only way a text box would open to review them. I actually give no stars. They are so rude! They act like they hate to have to fill a prescription. Actually had an associate tell me I couldnt wait on a prescription "because there were other people in front of me" The prescription had been in process for 2 days! She also huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Just reported her to corporate

Stood at the pick-up far a long time. Four people working. Not a one said theyd be with me. After a long time, I asked If I needed to go through the drive thru? An employee got real rude with me telling me they were busy and that I wasnt their only patient. My family is changing pharmacies. This was the worse one I have ever dealt with anyway.

Is great if you need to run in and pick up your average household items but you will pay more for convenience.

One star since zero isn't an option. Terrible customer service. Gone there multiple times to pick up a 90 day supply only to find they filled it for 30 days and blame the doctor. When questioned every time it turns out they filled it wrong and ask me to wait an hour or come back. Unprofessional and moving to another pharmacy
