I never give a 5 star but we had such a good combination of family time, food and service I had to bend. We spent our Easter breakfast out of town here and it felt like I stepped into a country club. The service was terrific and topped by awesome food. We had a really great time and would certainly go back when we are in town again. I felt like a guest at a family dinner. We sat in the pool(?) Bar area, furthest from the main entrance. There isn't a pool anymore but that's the best description I can give. Shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, French toast, eggs Benedict and the egg breakfast were consumed with gusto. We took some leftovers but they didn't last past evening. We also got candied bacon (yummers) and the bengniet, couldn't make a better choice. Before I could remember to take a picture, they were all gone.

Went for our Anniversary and enjoyed the Bacon wrapped Shrimp appetizer with 3 cheese grits! Great service, thank you.
