I lived in one of the buildings at this complex until it burned down. I honestly enjoyed my first year and a half in this complex and, if it hadnt burned down, would be leaving a very positive review. However, I cannot believe that a fire this large with smoke visible from across the river was not avoidable. The construction of the building is one of the reasons the fire spread so quickly. I had to leave both my cats in my unit because there was smoke in my apartment already when the fire alarm was going offI had literally no time to grab anything and when I got outside, I saw flames coming out of my unit. Then had to stand outside and watch my home where my cats were burn (so thankful to the Red Cross for saving one who escaped). The building collapsed on top of the parking garage where my car and the cars of other residents were parked. Management has been somewhat helpful in that they let me post flyers of one of my cats in case he made it out of the building; however, this does not change the fact that I lost my home, all of my possessions, and one of my cats (less than a year old). Fires this large and destructive should not be happening in any apartment buildings, much less newly finished luxury buildings. I cannot recommend anyone live in these buildings as they are clearly not safe. (Pictured below is what I saw as soon as i left my building minutes after the fire alarm went off. Flames continued and were much much bigger on the roof later that morning. The interior of the building later collapsed and had to be demolished due to fear that the exterior would collapse on neighboring buildings).

Such a great place to stay. Great community, Erik Johnson was my leasing consultant and he was so much help for me. Love the staff who work there. They treat all residence with so much respect and help out with anything you need.
