        I ordered two Jack Skellington keys and received two Darth Vader keys. The receipt says Jack Skellington, so I know I didnt press the wrong selection. Someone must have improperly loaded the machine. Was on my lunch hour so time was limited and couldnt find an associate in the store that could help me .

        I bought seven of the same key at a kiosk inside Lowe's. None of the keys worked. I returned them to Lowe's and they directed me to the website. I sent an email per the receipt and have not received a response. Even though I have had great luck with the kiosk in the past, I will not in the future. The employee made keys for me and there was no problem. UPDATE: When I called on Monday, the employee promised a full refund for the unusable keys. As long as the credit comes through, the transaction is resolved successfully. Service: Building key copying
