Kate H was amazing to work with! She was incredibly well informed and worked so hard to make sure the vacation fit our needs and expectations. As a result, the trip went without a hitch and was exactly what we wanted. I would definitely use her services again!

I just booked a cruise through @JJCruiseFB of LL&S and recommend, recommend, recommend! Prior to booking with JJ Cruise, I was one of the many that believed booking directly online was more efficient and convenient, but boy was I wrong. Not only was working with Jared an extreme pleasure, he booked the cruise faster than I ever could, and even found a cheaper rate! Jared was responsive to all my questions within seconds, which if I booked directly, I would have had to search the FAQs for answers or would have had to contact the cruise line*nightmare*. However, the most valuable part of this experience was being able to have someone advise me through the process. I initially was going to book an earlier cruise set to set sail within days of the booking, and Jared immediately looked up the port requirements and suggested I changed the date of the cruise as I may have issues getting all the proper documents in time. He even looked up different cruise options that were available. Without Jareds advice and diligence, I would have had to scramble to get all the documents in order, adding a layer of stress to what should be an enjoyable experience. And the icing on the cake, post-booking Jared is still responsive within seconds to all my questions and correspondence regarding the cruise. I couldnt ask for anything more. So thank you Jared and JJ Cruise you have a client for as long as you stay in the industry!!

Beth helped us plan a wedding/honeymoon trip to Hawaii and she was amazing! We had never been to Hawaii before and she took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of each island based on her personal experiences. She listened to our needs and wants and worked with us as our budget evolved to make sure we had the best experience possible - it was so easy to communicate with her and she was super responsive. Everything on our trip went smoothly and she was immediately available to help us navigate when our departure flight was cancelled and rebooked less than 24 hours in advance. I would absolutely use LLS again for future travel and I am SO grateful to Beth for making sure we had a wonderful time!!
