I would prefer to have an actual person assist me. I ended up having to have help anyway since the machine didn't want to take my credit card. I tried two different cards, one of which was tax exempt. I was making a key for work but couldn't use our tax exempt status. The key making process worked just fine but I would still prefer a person to make the key.

Your customer service or lack of has ran me all over town to get a commercial key duplicate. Apparently your machine does not do them. Waste of time and gas and still need a key.
