        Best customer service I could have asked for from Laurena. I tried to sign up for home internet over the phone, and someone had fraudulently already created an account with my SSN stopping me from proceeding until fixed. Customer service advised me I needed to bring identity documents into a T-Mobile store to get this resolved. I went to two Clarksville, TN locations, but unfortunately, I was not helped at these locations. I decided to see if the Murray, Kentucky location could help me which turned out to be a great decision. Laurena was very helpful in getting this complicated problem resolved. This process took lots of perseverance and patience from her to get corrected, and I'm very grateful and relieved I came to this location for help. I now have T-Mobile home internet and I'm very happy! I live in a remote area and this is the first time I can have reliable home internet at an affordable price. Thank you!

        I just recently switched to T Mobile after being a customer with Verizon for almost 20 years. I want to give a shout out to DQ and Elijah. I went to the store and these two guys stayed over an hour past closing to make sure we had our new phones all completed. They were very professional and assisted with us with any questions we had. Then I had to return the next day due to issues I was having with my phone. I want to give a shout out to Noel and Lauren. They were very professional and got the issue resolved. I have I only been with T mobile for a week and I am very pleased. These 4 at the Murray Ky, store are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I have never received this type of customer service in the 20 years I was with Verizon. If you want phenomenal customer service and great phone plans along with people who will answer any questions you have and assist you with a smile on their face. Go visit them you will not be disappointed. Thank you DQ, Elijah, Noel, and Lauren. You guys rock. PS, I think they deserve a raise with the type of customer service they are giving people.

        Went in today and needed quite a bit of help. Elijah and Laurena were very helpful! They went out of their way to make this the best experience possible for me after spending 2-3 hours in the store in Clarksville 2 days ago and not realizing that the Clarksville store created a problem with billing!
