When I lived there they were kind of strict on rules and would write you up for a lot of stupid things but they kept drugs and stuff out not to bad of a place then

I had mold in my apartment and the base boards were too high and let in all kinds of bugs from th crack in the wall it left and I told the landlord but she never sent anyone or done anything about it talked to her multiple times about my problems and she seem to just brush me off and she raised my rent to 600 something dollars after saying max rent was 575 and I was on assistance but if I got food stamps my rent would go up and my neighbors rent was 725 even had a friend tell me thier rent was only 375 and she told them max rent was 400 something and we all had the same size apartments our rooms were identical so I do not think anyone should move here she even told me I had to pay on down deposit well after I had paid it all cost me 800 something dollars to move in half for water and lights and half for part of deposit then I paid 115 dollars on deposit for 4 months of rent then she said I owed them 450 on deposit I also have all the pics and messaged saved for proof so she can't cheat me out of my money in court do not trust the landlord.
