EFCU Financial - Perkins Branch

Had a horrible experience with customer service over the phone yesterday however once I arrived at this branch Ms. Frazier was very helpful. Unlike the other branches I was greeted upon entering. Ill be going here from now on before I even think to call customer service again.

I have had nothing but problems with this bank from day 1. I have had the account for 2 months and am scared to death every time I make a deposit, it's a war to get my money. Cash or check it's never in my account. Incompetence on all levels... I can't wait for this bank to fail... I'm closing this account... after we get to the bottom of "why isn't my cash deposit in my account its been 3 days!!!

Hey I just got to thanks the Perkins Branch and MS Kionca Long for helping me solve a problem with my account which she made sure that we didnt end the call without answer to as why I was short of money from my account and she made sure to give me a hour of time so that we could resolve the issue and I will stand by her side and say that she was very helpful and kind . I didnt know her at all but once I got off the phone she felt like a person that I knew for years Thanks and glad to be Part of EFCU !!!!! Point Blank

Out of my entire year of banking with EFCU I have never encountered an experience like the one I did today. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady that helped me with my first situation just pointed to her office, I asked do I just walk in there she proceeded to get on her phone so I went ahead and walked to the office, Keoica Long (the manager) then very rudely asked me what I wanted. I first asked her if I could close the door because I did not want my personal business to be explained where everyone could hear. She told me no I could not so aggressively. I then still proceeded to explain my situation and she asked for my social. I gave it to her and she didnt say anything for the next few minutes, she then blurted out I took care of it I proceeded to walk out the door because I felt absolutely disrespected by the way she was speaking to me and just as I was about to walk out the door I heard her say Ill change it back then bitch. I couldnt do anything but continue to walk out the door as I was flabbergasted by what just came out of her mouth. I was never once rude to her and felt attacked by her tone and choice of words. I have reached out to the area manager and am hoping to see some action taken behind how I was treated. As stated before I have never been treated that way at any branch before. Normally everyone is very friendly and helpful. Update : the area manager did reach back out to me the following day and was very apologetic. I do feel as if she will handle the situation properly and not just over look what happened to me. Overall stay away from this location because the reviews do not lie.
