        The most disgusting auto insurance company I have ever dealt with. After filing a claim because road debris damaged my car's starter cable, they assigned me to some clown adjuster "James Gomez" who was out for days. I had to get the car fixed to get to work. They reassigned me to his manager, Joel Ruiz, then gonna get up here and say that Mr. Gomez is no longer with the company. Go figure. Well Ms. Ruiz is worse. Doesn't answer emails, has a god awful attitude and made no effort at all to understand my situation. Worst adjuster I've ever dealt with. This company is complete and utter trash, it is probably a front, they won't cover you for anything. Do not go with them. Pay more money and go get some real car insurance, it'll be cheaper in the long run because this company is horrible and Joel Ruiz is a terrible adjuster and should be fired.
