        You did very good but I believe there was a mistake made because a retired teacher does not have to pay state taxes on their retirement income. I hope you will examine the tax results and correct the error on my Louisiana state tax return.

        I have been a customer for 7 years and the last two years I have had nothing but problems they messed up on my info last year and I got audited last year bc of someone not listening and do what they wanted. This year it was a 7 hour process it took 3 hours one day then had to drive back the next day 55 miles back to them to sit and wait for 4 hours for them to try and fix their mess up and hear them say they your going to get a refund advance only to get denied they charge way to much money to do your taxes they have lost a customer this year they are a joke!!!!!!
