        Dr. Shah and her staff are very professional and caring. I have enjoyed each visit but the New allergy shot protocol: Hours in our Hammond office and having to stay for 30 minutes has truly interfered with me receiving my shots. I have had good results while taking allergy shots over the past year and would hate to have to stop taking them or to find another facility to administer them due to the Hammond office hours not working with my work schedule. I was willing to come on my lunch break but my lunch break is only for 30 minutes. The new office hours and the new protocol requiring doctor be in the building when nurse is administering allergy shots and that patients have to stay 30 minutes after receiving the shots is making it impossible for me to keep receiving allergy shots.
