        It's a good place to see the Mississippi River and boat traffic. We like to feed the sea gulls with the kids and visitors. They will catch bread or whatever you throw up in the air. When theyre not in the air, we act as though we're throwing up food, and they generally come Playground: No Restrooms: No Dog-friendliness: Yes Picnic area: No, but they have nice benches, so you may relax and enjoy the view
