No one wants to have to deal with half of their house flooding (a week before Christmas), but if it ever does happen I highly recommend calling Restoration Pros. Marcus and Isaac were the first to come out to assess the damage and theyve been our regulars through this process. Theyre very professional, friendly, and thorough. Weve had the pleasure of meeting Landon, Will, and Gabe as well. Maddy and Alexis did a wonderful job initializing and supervising our pack out. All of the above mentioned were involved in our pack out and we couldnt have asked for a better team to make the already stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. Brandon makes a point to call every evening to update and fill us in on what to expect the following day and it is highly appreciated. Were still in the middle of our demo, but are very pleased with the work that has been done. You wont find friendlier people to deal with when you feel like your life is a mess, as well as your home. 5 stars. Services: Mold mitigation, Water damage-related mold removal
