Update 2024 - This company should be absolutely ashamed of the homes they build. Whoever does their quality control has got to be on drugs. We've hired our own contractors and repair folks to fix some things and they are just astonished at what they're seeing. Titan. Again, they should be absolutely ashamed. NEVER BUY A HOME MADE BY CHAMPION! Update 2023 - It's now been three years since we bought the home from Titan Factory Direct in Willis, TX. The house is falling apart. We hired an independent inspection company to come have a look. They said nothing was done properly. We had a bathroom fan die on us and when I went to have a look at it, it just fell out of the ceiling - they didn't attach it in any way and it was just wedged into the drywall. There is still a large bump in the kitchen floor that was caused by the first leveling crew; so many people have been out to "fix" it, but it has never been fixed. The last contractor they sent out finally told us the truth - the leveling crew bent the house frame. It really makes sense since the wall near the bend is separating from the counters. After that contractor left, everyone just stopped responding to us all together. We've had enough of this house and are now pursuing the legal option. TOTAL JUNK HOUSES. The homes are built terribly. You can tell it's a rush to get them out the door. Very cheap materials, no quality control, horrible design flaws and the dealers they use are no better than used car salesmen - we bought ours from Titan Direct in Willis, TX and the service after sale is terrible. Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY CASH FOR YOUR HOUSE like we did - once they have the money, they cut corners on everything. If you finance it, they are forced to do a better job as we have learned from other buyers. After dealing with a home for a year, we regret our purchase immensely. Don't ever let anyone tell you that a mobile home is an investment - they are nothing but repairs and problems. We just want to be rid of it, but no one in their right mind would ever buy it for anything close to what we paid for it. Update 2022 - almost two years after we purchased the home and it's falling apart. We paid for an extended warranty and no one will do anything or seems to know or care what it means. This house is a piece of crap and we're thinking it's time for legal action. DO NOT BUY A HOME MADE BY THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR $ with CHAMPION HOMES worst decision in my life contractors do not know what their doing and bobby and Tiffany are the worst they will laugh at your face and say well thats not my fault and keep in mind Bobby is the manager and is not even helpful. PLEASE TO FUTURE BUYERS DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR HOME FROM HERE YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR HOUSE REPAIR AND WILL SEND CONTRACTORS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got our home delivered in May 2023 & 9 months later repairs have not been finalized. Just 3 months shy of our warranty period. We have called & called, emailed and left voicemails expressing our frustration and have been met with horrible customer service. The first contractor that came out did such a sloppy job and he tore our floor and left us with loose linoleum and squeaky floors, left caulking smeared all over walls. We waited 6 months for someone to come back out to finish and he did not do not even close of what was needed. The contractors dont seem to have much experience . There is many many things unfinished in our home that I cant put it in a single review. After months of back & forth with service reps I finally reached out to the service manager Bobby which has been no help & is extremely unprofessional he gets defensive instead of trying to be understanding or helpful. We have been given information to file a complaint with the state of Texas and we will be taking the next steps to move forward. Wish we had known this before purchasing our home, we wouldve looked into another builder.
