AC blew a fuse, Mike did a thorough diagnosis and told me that the fan needed to be replaced. He was honest and did not try and upsell. Gave me his recommendation and came back the next day to make the repair. AC now runs better than new.

Close to a year ago we called Allstate to have a refrigerator repaired, the repair was quick and he claimed that he fix the refrigerator and he did it right and it would last quite a while the repair cost was almost triple what we paid in the past for refrigerator repair, not long after the repair the refrigerator broke again we called them and it took a while for him to come out he claimed he was busy because of the cold weather, he came out we paid him $95 to tell us that the compressor was no good on the refrigerator however he failed to give us a work order, we thought this was strange because the refrigerator was working fine, it was in a rental property, and in the walkthrough the refrigerator had a bag of ice and a couple of Frozen water bottles in it prior to the customer moving in, the young man said that he was the son of the father, that did the original repair, it was strange because he did not give us a repair order we contacted him dozens of times told him to mail it to our house, and gave him the address we also gave him an email address to send the work order to, excuses excuses he refuses to give us a work order, so based on his information we bought a new refrigerator very expensive, very strange things happened on the delivery of this refrigerator that we still have questions about, when the refrigerator finally arrived they put the old refrigerator underneath the garage we videoed it we plugged it in and the refrigerator did not even come on so we asked them why did you disconnect something because even if the compressor is bad before you check the refrigerator it was coming on it was running, this young man keeps ignoring us like we're second rate customers, the customer had ties to a capital crime that was committed against him by public officials that are continuously bullying and harassing this landlord constantly and they spent a lot of money and effort covering up the capital crime that was committed against this gentleman, it seems like to us that all state was told not to give this guy a work order by the same people that have been bullying harassing this man for years and committed many more crimes against this man and still today trying to entrap him in stage phony arrests. It's sad that refrigerator repairman just don't go repair refrigerators but it seems like to us that these people work alongside people that seem to have badges that one day will be put in prison for the crimes that they committed in the future. Right now they're in the position of attempting to entrap this man racketeer on him destroy his reputation and many other bullying and harassment. I wish we could go back to the days that we remember if you called someone to fix refrigerator they would be honest and do the right thing. But asking for a work order so that the landlord could have proof is not pulling teeth, we have never had a repair that the repairman refuses to give us a work order we will not be calling these people ever not that they even care it seems like they don't. But I assure you that they should care we used to run a retail business that we had a great reputation in town we learned that one customer that is angry will tell hundreds of customers about his bad experience one happy customer doesn't tell many at all. I think the future is bleak for this company I would imagine that they would probably sell out to some big corporation in the future. Or maybe they already have, we do not recommend these people for any type of repairs.

My mother-in-laws ac was out . She called and they came out the next day and told her that she needed a new unit for over $5000. Any degrees came out the next day,changed the compacitor for a little over $200 and it is running great. Anyone who knows anything about ac knows a bad compacitor when they see it. I believe he was ripping her off big time

I called All State Services for a quote on a new AC unit after being told by Keefe's that I needed a new one and that I would have to spend $15,000+ on a new AC unit. All State's representative wanted to be sure my unit could not be saved before selling me a new AC unit. He was able to repair my unit and it has been working great even in dead heat of July. When he talked to me about what would need to be done while he was working on my unit, I felt like he was trying to save me money more than he was trying to sell to me. All State saved me soooo much money and a bunch of stress. I am very happy with this company and definitely recommend them if you are having AC trouble and want honest help.
