        Flagstar bank purchased my loan from JP Morgan Chase and when I went to refinance they charged $30 per payoff request and charged it to ME! They refused to waive the fee. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

        Do not take her word. Always get everything in writing. She would ask us to do things that were not legal when it was one on one conversation to sell my house so I could get my approval for my mortgage. All other conversations I had with her she would put me on speakerphone so she could have a witness. The practices that she used with me is why the housing market collapsed in 2008. I was a victim of it!!! It is forcing me to give at least one star. I would take stats away if I could!!
