Comfort Inn & Suites At Copeland Tower

Very nice hotel with incredibly nice staff. I felt very safe here and the hotel is always very clean. The residents and staff are all very sweet. Ms. Shyne was very helpful with recommendations and treated my friend and I very well during breakfast. Every staff we had a conversation with, was so fun, happy and helpful, they truly made it a wonderful stay.

The area is a little drab but the hotel is very nice on the inside. Our room was clean, towels were available, the bed was super comfortable and the hotel staff was very respectful and courteous. I loved the balcony on the 4th floor. Breakfast was included and it was the best I have had from a hotel setting. The food was hot, a good variety and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!! Rooms: Spacious, comfortable and clean. Nearby activities: Close to several malls, bars, lots of restaurants and about 25 minutes from downtown Louisiana. Safety: The area was a little sketchy but I felt safe at this hotel.

The room had a very strong odor of air freshener, so much that we thought there must be an active plug in or device in the room and we called the front desk to ask about it. She sent up a maintenance guy who came armed to clean something. Luckily my daughter is fluent in Spanish because he had no idea what I was talking about when I opened the door. I have a chemical sensitivity disorder so this was difficult for me but now I've learned to ask to see a room before I pay for it. Also the windows don't open at all. Our stay was ok otherwise. Disappointed in all disposables at breakfast, and that the hot water for tea was in a dispenser that had been used for coffee, leaving the tea with a dirty, coffee flavor.
