Horrible, horrible company and customer service. We were cashing in a life insurance policy and have gotten nothing but the run around. The LOCAL office is okay...but the actual insurance Company is the WORST. You will get a hundred different answers to one SIMPLE question. I wish my family would've NEVER invested in the craptastic "Company". HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I only gave them one star because you can't give zero stars. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND DON'T EVEN HAVE OKAY "CUSTOMER SERVICE". We're going to have all our family and friends move their policies to a decent insurance company.
They said they sent out mail to me and I still haven't gotten it (it's been over 3 weeks)! I was quoted a cash out amount and RECEIVED $1,600.00 LESS than I was quoted for the cash in. Was told that they'd get back to me. Couldn't explain why when I called. They must use snail mail because they could find that out on their computer. Honestly, with all the life insurance companies now they probably will end up going out of business anyway... hopefully...
