        Very unprofessional it aint no reason them workers should be gossiping while ppl is waiting for they food & HAVE WORKERS TO THE FRONT COUNTER SO PEOPLE DONT BE HAVING TO WAIT DF

        Highly Disappointed I waited 30 minutes on fries with my meal just to get old fries. & I kindly asked Derion to fix fresh fries he said Im not the one to get an attitude with I kindly said I do not have an attitude yet. I just want fresh fries. This man do not know me at all, so I just couldnt understand why was it personal when I ask for fresh fries. Youre offended because I ask you to do your job? By getting me fresh fries. then never gave me a receipt! For my order that I purchased ! I ask DERION do I suppose to get a receipt along with the officer then once I started recording they try to hurry and give me a re print. Of not what I paid for but what I asked to be replaced. Highly dissatisfied. & will never ever be a customer again! Turn out I did not get a refund , I did not get my food ! But wingstop got my money to help on their franchise. I will contact corporate regarding this matter. cause I need the policy for a refund! & if wingstop is allowed to give refund or its up to a manager to give it to you or not.
