I was in there yesterday at 11am to return a package and the lady there said to me we don 't do those package returns so rudely. She just didn't want to be there working and was completely rude to 2 other customers asking her questions. If you have a nasty attitude you should not be working there like she has. She is the face representing that work place, and where I'm from Miami, she would be fired and I see all theses horriable comments on here and still nothing as change not at my job. I live here now n that's the closest Postal office. There should be action taken&

I cannot understand why anyone would send a parcel through USPS. They are inefficient and difficult to deal with. Just another example of why big government does not work.

This has happened 3 times this year. The carrier will say that the package is delivered when it is not and nothing was left to say where it is. After checking the tracking it says it’s at this post office. When I go to pick up the package it is not there at the post office. There is no one to call and no one to be held accountable. What a gigantic dumpster fire this post offices is.

It’s located inside a federal building and they have unnecessary security procedures and unnecessarily difficult security staff: remove metal items, walk through metal detector, etc. I was able to mail my postcards but I would definitely avoid this location if I needed to mail something else.
