Chris and Eric were amazingly helpful and professional today. I know Im going to love my new Ilse Jacobsen shoes. The store is cozy and has a great energy. Positively!

I was a Jazz Fest rookie and didn't have the right shoes. Chris got me squared away with comfy rain boots and Austin went above and beyond to ship them back home to me (when he didn't have to or need to) since they didn't fit in my luggage. I'm super impressed by the team at this store - and by the quality and selection.

The shoes and socks we bought were amazing in quality, appearance, etc. However, out experience with the store was lacking. The salesman lurked around us for a moment without acknowledging us. We didn't know he worked there until we began to track down the other shoe salesman there. He then goes "hey, ya'll need help?". My husband and I both looked at each other confused because we thought he was another shopper and just didn't have the best manners. Anyways, I had already decided on a pair of shoes. So I asked for my size. He then coldly informs me that he's going to grab the next 1/2 size up because they run a 1/2 size small. I decline and say I'd rather have the 7. I typically purchase my shoes a 1/2 size larger anyways. He then looks at me dumbfounded, and goes "well, what size do you wear" As if I was completely oblivious to what he had just said. I tell him "6.5" then he decides that it's fine that I asked for a 7. That's great, I'm glad I can have the size I asked for... I get he thought he was being helpful ,maybe communicate a little more about it instead of just "informing" me... Went to try them on and the way he lurked around and wasn't even friendly made us super uncomfortable. So we quickly checked out and left.

Best place ever for shoes. 5 STAR SERVICE from CHRISTOPHER. Went in the store and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. I have a foot injury - and Christopher recommended the cloud womens shoes. Walked out feeling so good- had my old shoes shipped home. Amazing ! Thank you !!
